Shutdown Time for Sleep is about developing the ability to place away the problems of the day and begin to unwind to the point of where you can and will drift off to sleep at a safe and convenient time. Obviously sometimes we all have things that make this difficult yet in a general sense I would like you or your clients to come to find a peaceful sleep much more achievable.
This session is based on a short pre-talk on mental strategy leading into a comprehensive natural induction with elements of confusion, deepened by my highly effective counting back creative visualisation deepener. From there we drift into a discussion of sleep, visualisation and set up of a trigger to begin the relaxation process. This is a highly relaxing yet influential and interactive session that can be used as a professional with clients or for self hypnosis.
