Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Damaged or defective items.
Any claims for damaged and defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. If damaged or defective item claims are valid we will offer a full refund.
For the fastest resolution, we ask you to attach a photograph demonstrating the the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future.
Wrong Address.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or is not your current address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Wrong Size (doesn't fit) - Am I able to exchange a product for another size?
We do not currently offer exchanges for wrong sizes.
