Have you ever sat back perhaps on the couch or somewhere comfortable and just thought about what you would most like to achieve and began to plan and take the steps towards it? This session is about assisting your clients to redirect their thinking away from what is bothering them to what is possible and what they have the power to change.
A short pre-talk that discusses the role of dreams interacts with a naturalistic and confusing induction leading to a powerful deepener which will place just about anyone into a trance. The uplifting visualisation leads into some important life goal questions and soul searching as to what it is that they want to achieve and how they will go about doing it.
This is a perfect opportunity to gather information from the client and determine how you can best assist them to achieve their goals. It is envisioned that the client will emerge with a new focus and sense of direction which will lead to positive outcomes.
