Sometimes it can be very difficult to feel confident, especially when taking on something new. Unfortunately too many years of evolution have in built triggers to warn us of impending danger (even when there isn't any). There are a couple of handy things you can do though, and one of those is to look back at some of the things that you have already achieved. It is easy to forget those things that you have already been successful at. Thinking about and feeling the emotions of those experiences can help put current circumstances into perspective.
Important: It is important to combine this session with imagery.Write down 1 or 2 things that you are most proud of having achieved. When listening to this session I want you to close your eyes and think about those times as you listen to my safe and sensible suggestions. If you repeat this process a few times over then all you will have to do is to think of those times and your mind will link it to all these positive suggestions that i'm going to share with you. It is highly likely that after a few moments of thinking about those achievements you are going to begin to feel different.
10 Minute Sessions:
10 Minute sessions are designed as a reinforcement to traditional Hypnotherapy sessions although can be used on their own to boost your mood and change your thoughts and behaviour. These sessions can be listened to at anytime throughout the day although should NOT be used whilst driving, operating machinery or undertaking any task that requires your attention.
To fit these into short manageable 10minute sessions, there is no trance induction or deepening like traditional Hypnotherapy so all you need is a quiet place for a short space of time, close your eyes and relax. This track contains specially designed Hypnosis music, combined with suggestion and trigger words that will have you feeling great in the shortest possible time and have a long lasting effect for many people.
