Discussion:
This session is designed for people that are lacking motivation, or feeling a little off track with any or all aspects of their life. We use a shorter naturalistic induction followed by a deepener with some elements of confusion.
The main body of the session transports the client into a narrative of walking through a rainforest whilst you discuss a metaphor of a waterfall as a symbol of persistence and strength. This session also includes a visualisation of an energy filled life and subtle release of people, places or things that have held them back in the past. There are plenty of embedded suggestions within this session that will leave the most difficult of clients with a renewed sense of well being.
