The induction uses eye fixation (of which can be adapted to your style), followed by a counting deepener and convincer. The session then leads the client throughout a rainforest and into a cave of which they will come across the cause of their anxiety, release it and emerge with a renewed sense of well being. Many positive suggestions then follow including the client visualising using their confidence to overcome a present tasks or goal.  This session allows the client to identify themselves with a successful image of someone who is confident and capable, which will help break habits of self doubt and enable them to take action in achieving their goals.
